1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuoteCreator.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuoteCreator.ai provides text in, quote out. turn a quick message into a clean, professional quote your customer trusts — no forms, no dashboard, no busywork.. The Service is owned and operated by Rocketing, LLC.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, transmitting malware, or interfering with the Service.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans start with a free week and are billed in advance monthly or annually after it. Cancel during the free week and you are never charged; cancel later and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. You may cancel at any time from Settings.

6. Text Messages

We text you, the business owner who signed up, about your own account and quotes: a one-time code to verify your number, Quinn's replies to your texts, and alerts when a customer opens or accepts a quote. We never text your customers.

  • You agree to these texts when you add your mobile number.
  • Message frequency varies with how you use the Service.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, START to resume, and HELP for help. Or email support@quotecreator.ai.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Your quotes and your customers

You are responsible for your quotes, including their prices, terms and scope, and for any written contract your work or your state requires.

Your customer can tap Accept on a quote you send. QuoteCreator records that they accepted that version of the quote, and when, and tells you. Accept is not an electronic signature and does not create a signed contract. QuoteCreator is not a party to any agreement between you and your customer.

If your work needs a signed agreement, for example for home improvement work in many states, get one before you start.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocketing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
